- Just startup manager software.

Click here to download PCTuneUp Free Startup Manager and install it. Double-click the icon to launch the program.
Step 2. Remove Startup Programs
Once the program is launched it will list all the startup programs. Choose a startup program and click "View Item" to open its registry entry. Click "Run" and then "Yes" to launch the selected program. You can also click "Refresh" to refresh the startup list. Select the item you want to remove from the startup list and click "Delete" & "Yes". Everything can be done in a minute.
Tip: you may have found many ways to make your boot faster, but disabling the startup applications should be on the top of the list because most computers get bogged down when trying to load a ton of programs simultaneously.
Step 3. Add Startup Programs
Click "Add" and the "New Run Item" window is activated. Click the "Section" dropdown menu to add new startup items to your startup folder, Run, Run Once, Run Services or other Registry keys. Enter the item name and browse the file path. You can also change Arguments used in the selected program. Click "OK" and this item will run at startup when you turn on your computer.
Tip: if there is a tool that you use every day and will start it immediately when you log in, you should add it to the startup list to save the time finding and launching it.
Step 4. Edit Startup Item Entry
Choose an item you want to edit and click "Edit" to activate the startup entry editor. Click "Browse" to select a file as the new registry entry. Edit the "Arguments" used in the selected program if you like. Click "OK" and the item entry has been successfully edited.
